Job Description
**Job Title** Infrastructure & Utilities Delivery Lead **Role Summary** Lead the delivery and implementation of the Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance Contract for CSS. Manage cross‑functional teams, ensure contractual performance, drive continuous improvement, and maintain compliance with safety, quality and financial standards. Report directly to the CSS Senior Infrastructure, Utilities & Integration Delivery Lead. **Expectations** - Achieve on‑time, on‑budget delivery of all infrastructure and utilities projects. - Maintain 100% compliance with HSE, quality and contractual obligations. - Provide clear, data‑driven progress reporting to senior management. - Foster a high‑performance culture that embraces innovation and risk mitigation. **Key Responsibilities** 1. **Contract Management** – Own end‑to‑end delivery of the Infrastructure Operations & Maintenance Contract, ensuring deliverables meet scope, quality, safety and cost targets. 2. **Team Leadership** – Lead and develop multidisciplinary delivery teams, assign resources, set performance metrics, and conduct regular performance reviews. 3. **Stakeholder Coordination** – Interface with owners, contractors, suppliers, regulatory bodies and internal departments to secure approvals, resolve issues and manage expectations. 4. **Project Planning & Execution** – Develop detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers and mitigation plans; oversee execution, monitor progress and adjust plans as needed. 5. **Performance & Value Management** – Track KPIs, conduct variance analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions to maximize value and efficiency. 6. **Compliance & Safety** – Ensure adherence to HSE regulations, ISO standards, and internal policies; promote a culture of safety and continuous learning. 7. **Reporting & Communication** – Produce accurate progress, risk, issue and financial reports for senior stakeholders; facilitate regular project briefings and workshops. 8. **Change & Configuration Management** – Manage change requests, impact assessments and configuration controls for infrastructure assets. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in leading infrastructure and utilities delivery within large engineering or energy projects. - Strong project and contract management knowledge (BPMA/ASTM, PRINCE2, PMP preferred). - Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. - Analytical mindset with competency in risk assessment, cost control and performance monitoring. - Outstanding communication, leadership and team‑building abilities. - Proficiency in digital tools – MS Project, Primavera, SAP, or equivalent ERP/CMMS systems. - Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments and manage multiple concurrent projects. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or related field. - Minimum 7–10 years of progressive responsibility in infrastructure/utility delivery. - Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor strongly preferred. - Valid driver’s license (where applicable).
