Job title: Account Executive Role Summary: Drive revenue growth and client success for a portfolio of Belgian clients in a global translation and technology services firm. Own the end‑to‑end account lifecycle, from prospecting and proposal deliverables to contract negotiation, invoicing, and ongoing customer support. Expectations: - Secure new business and expand existing accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Maintain high client satisfaction and service quality, ensuring smooth project delivery and repeat engagement. - Collaborate with SDRs, Project Managers, and internal stakeholders to close deals and deliver solutions that align with client needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prospect new Belgian clients – analyze needs, prepare compelling proposals, and negotiate terms. 2. Partner with SDRs to identify opportunities within key accounts. 3. Manage the full client relationship lifecycle: close deals, handle invoicing, and coordinate post‑sale implementation. 4. Conduct quarterly business reviews with decision‑makers; recommend upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. 5. Respond to RFPs and oversee contract deployment. 6. Liaise with Project Management to monitor and control ongoing client projects. 7. Build long‑term relationships via diverse communication channels (email, phone, social media, conferences, tradeshows). 8.
