LVMH Beauty Tech CIO Office Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead governance, performance monitoring, and demand‑management functions for the Beauty Tech IT organization. Ensure alignment of strategic roadmap, portfolio, and KPIs across global beauty brands. Deliver executive‑grade reporting, drive international project delivery, and champion adoption of portfolio‑management tools.
**Expectations**
- Deliver accurate, timely governance reports and dashboards for C‑level audiences.
- Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and workshops to align stakeholders.
- Manage multi‑client projects from inception to post‑go‑live, including change management.
- Own demand‑management processes and portfolio‑tool governance, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Lead regional deployment of the portfolio‑management system (Americas, APAC, EMEA, China).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate planning and deliverables for Beauty Tech governance bodies (Leadership Town Hall, Strategic Demand Committee, COMEX).
- Prepare executive reports, portfolio roadmaps, and performance KPI dashboards for Finance, HR, Operations, and CIO leadership.
- Shape and update the strategic roadmap in partnership with Centers of Excellence; synthesize materials for business reviews and budget discussions.
- Drive international, multi‑brand IT projects: scoping, kickoff, go‑live, and post‑go‑live support; manage project teams and change‑management strategy.
- Monitor demand‑management process, develop dashboards, and ensure dashboard/KPI delivery for all Maisons.
- Own backlog prioritization, data quality, and tool evolution for the demand/portfolio management system (e.g., ServiceNow SPM).
- Secure integration of the portfolio system with Finance and planning tools.
- Promote tool adoption through ambassador networks, lessons‑learned sessions, and regional rollout.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years in IT governance, strategic program management, or CIO‑office roles within complex matrix environments.
- Deep understanding of IT operations, core technologies (applications and emerging tech), and business processes.
- Proven experience with demand‑management and portfolio performance tracking.
- Ability to produce structured, KPI‑driven executive reports and PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder alignment, and cross‑functional coordination capabilities.
- Excellent synthesis skills; transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Proactive, adaptable, and skilled at driving tool, process, and governance adoption.
- Fluency in French and English; effective communication in an international context.
- Experience with ServiceNow SPM or equivalent portfolio‑management tools (preferred).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, ITIL, or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist are advantageous.
