Job Description

Job Title: Internship – Digital Platforms Role Summary: Provide hands‑on support to the Digital Factory team by managing, monitoring, and optimising digital platforms—including intranet, collaboration tools, and web portals—across an international organisation. Expectations: * Duration: 6 months, full‑time (35 hrs/week). * Proficiency in English required; French an asset. * Must maintain an active student registration and a valid internship agreement (convention de stage). * Compliance with data privacy and internal processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist day‑to‑day management and monitoring of organisational digital platforms. 2. Gather and document user requirements, feedback, and best‑practice recommendations. 3. Participate in testing, validation, and rollout of new platform features or updates. 4. Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation for stakeholders. 5. Monitor digital trends and propose UX improvements to enhance platform effectiveness. 6. Ensure adherence to internal governance, data‑privacy, and security guidelines. Required Skills: * Strong organisational, analytical, and detail‑oriented mindset. * Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate across multicultural teams. * Basic web technologies knowledge (HTML, CSS, scripting) and familiarity with Microsoft 365. * Experience with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, project‑management platforms). * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast‑moving, international environment. Required Education & Certifications: * Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * Valid internship agreement and relevant student insurance; compliance with applicable visa/residency requirements.
