**Role Summary**
Execute integrated marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth across the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong for a portfolio of higher‑education integrity and assessment solutions.
**Expactations**
- Deliver measurable MQL, conversion and engagement KPIs aligned with regional and global objectives.
- Maintain high‑quality, brand‑consistent campaign execution across two culturally distinct regions while collaborating across time zones.
- Build effective sales‑marketing lead hand‑off processes and provide tactical support to sales teams.
- Produce regular performance dashboards and actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Ensure vendor and budget compliance for all regional marketing activities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer feedback collection to inform campaign strategies.
- Create localized campaign briefs, quarterly and annual marketing plans tied to global priorities.
- Activate demand‑generation campaigns (digital and offline) using global toolkits and marketing automation platforms.
- Coordinate webinars, in‑person events, and third‑party sponsorships, managing content, localization, and logistics.
- Localize emails, landing pages, and other campaign assets for linguistic and cultural relevance.
- Collaborate with UK/I and ANZHK sales teams to tailor campaigns, maintain lead hand‑off, and support timely follow‑up.
- Manage vendor relationships for content creation, research, and design; track expenses and process invoices.
- Track and report on MQLs, lead conversion, engagement metrics, and overall campaign performance.
- Identify and elevate customer success stories and advocacy opportunities; support case study development.
**Required Skills**
- Strong hands‑on marketing execution in B2B higher‑education sectors.
- Proficiency with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot), digital analytics, and campaign management tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication, content localization, and copy‑editing abilities.
- Event coordination and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset for KPI tracking, reporting, and data‑driven optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across UK and Australian time zones, requiring flexibility and disciplined time management.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of integrated marketing experience, preferably in higher‑education or SaaS B2B environment.
