Job Description
**Job Title:** Intern – Revenue Growth Management **Role Summary:** Support the Revenue Growth Management function by analyzing commercial performance, developing pricing and mix strategies, and monitoring promotional results to drive net sales and margin growth across product categories. **Expectations:** - Apply analytical and financial skills to provide actionable insights for revenue optimization. - Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (Finance, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain) and external consultants on data‑driven projects. - Deliver clear, concise reports and dashboards to inform strategy and execution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct monthly analyses of profitability drivers by product type and customer segment. - Develop ad‑hoc studies to enhance portfolio performance – assortment, product mix, promo optimization, and pricing structure. - Maintain a competitive landscape study to identify category growth drivers. - Build and update dashboards and monthly reports on promotion management and customer outcomes. - Support the implementation of promotion, pricing, product/brand mix, and innovation strategies. **Required Skills:** - Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization). - Analytical mindset with strong numerical aptitude. - Effective communication and stakeholder engagement. - Familiarity with consumer goods analytics tools (e.g., Business Warehouse, Nielsen) is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s (Bac+4) or Master’s (Bac+5) program in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related discipline. - Prior internship experience in a fast‑moving consumer packaged goods environment preferred.
