**Job Title**
Facility Manager – FM Site (Les Ulis)
**Role Summary**
Lead the facility management of a 12,000 m² corporate site, overseeing building maintenance, safety, equipment, and general services. Manage a team of 5 internal staff, coordinate external contractors, control operating and capital budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while delivering dashboards for performance monitoring.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, supervise, and verify all preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate subcontractors handling cleaning, HVAC, security, reception, mail, and parking services.
- Manage the site’s fire protection systems, access control, and IT integration.
- Maintain green spaces and landscaping.
- Oversee the fleet of company vehicles: acquisition, usage, repairs, billing, and budget tracking.
- Produce and analyze dashboards for key performance indicators and financial metrics.
- Prepare and monitor annual operating and capital budgets in collaboration with senior management.
- Lead a team of internal staff and ensure clear communication of tasks, goals, and expectations.
- Conduct regulatory inspections, ensure compliance, and manage certifications.
- Provide on‑site presence during regular working hours and respond to after‑hours emergencies as required.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Minimum Bac + 2/3 (equivalent) technical degree in Electrotechnics, HVAC, Real‑Estate Management, or Building Maintenance.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Facility Management Professional, HVAC Technician, Safety Manager) are advantageous.
- Prior experience (3–5 years) in facility management for a corporate site of similar size is required.
