**Job Title**
Institute Manager – Perfume
**Role Summary**
Lead the fragrance institute, acting as the brand ambassador, driving sales performance, managing profitability, negotiating with suppliers, and collaborating with senior management to grow the business while ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, coach, and develop store staff, fostering a motivating team culture.
- Oversee daily operations: opening, closing, cash handling, and POS management.
- Manage the institute as a profit center: budget oversight, cost control, and margin optimization.
- Negotiate terms with suppliers, coordinate inventory replenishment, and monitor stock levels.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional plans, and product launches.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and economic data; adjust tactics to meet commercial objectives.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships, driving repeat business and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, visual merchandising, and brand standards.
- Plan staff schedules, coordinate training programmes, and manage HR-related activities.

- Minimum of 2–3 years experience in perfume or beauty retail management.
- Certifications in sales, retail management, or supply‑chain management are preferred.
