**Job Title:** Head of Strategy & Architecture – Digital Engineering
**Role Summary:**
Lead the development and execution of the enterprise technology strategy and architecture for Digital Engineering Services & Solutions across EMEA. Define IT roadmaps, drive digital transformation, and align technology initiatives with business objectives at the executive level.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver a clear, forward‑looking technology vision that supports business growth and operational excellence.
- Build consensus with C‑suite and Board members to prioritize and invest in cloud, AI (including GenAI), data management, and modern workplace solutions.
- Guide a global team of strategists and architects to deliver high‑impact solutions within defined scope, budget, and quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain enterprise IT strategy and architecture frameworks that support business goals and digital transformation.
- Design IT roadmaps for modernising infrastructure, service management, and digital platforms (cloud, AI, data, modern workplace).
- Engage with senior executives to translate strategic business imperatives into technology initiatives.
- Mentor and lead a distributed team of strategists and architects, establishing governance, standards, and best practices.
- Champion the adoption of industry‑leading frameworks and tools (TOGAF, ITIL, SAFe, Cloud) across the organization.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on technology performance, progress against goals, and ROI to executive leadership.
**Required Skills:**
- Strategic thinking with a track record of shaping enterprise technology strategy in large, complex organizations.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/GenAI technologies, data management, and modern workplace solutions.
- Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills at Board and executive levels.
- Leadership and team‑development abilities in a global, distributed environment.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certifications: ITIL, TOGAF, SAFe and/or Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) required.
