Job Description

**Job Title**: Product Owner Intern **Role Summary** Support the Product Owner in the end‑to‑end management of digital projects at a fast‑growing fintech. Engage cross‑functional teams, translate business needs into actionable user stories, prioritize the backlog, validate development work, and maintain functional documentation. **Expectations** - Master’s student (M1/M2) in business, engineering or related field. - Strong analytical, synthesis and organisational skills. - Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities. - Proactive and self‑driven, with an interest in web development. - Familiarity with Agile/Kanban practices. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams to elicit and scope requirements. 2. Draft clear, detailed user stories for a small development squad. 3. Prioritise backlog items against business and operational value. 4. Execute functional tests to validate completed features. 5. Keep functional documentation current and ensure alignment across stakeholders. 6. Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand‑ups, reviews) and support retro‑analysis. **Required Skills** - Analytical & problem‑solving mindset - Excellent written and verbal communication - Strong organisational and time‑management skills - Teamplayer with a collaborative attitude - Initiative‑driven, able to work independently within a squad - Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) - Familiarity with Agile/Kanban frameworks **Required Education & Certifications** - Enrolled in a Master’s program (Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent). - Coursework or experience in project/product management. - Optional: certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile credentials.
