Job Description
**Job Title** Engineering – Automotive & Mobility (Speculative) **Role Summary** Contribute to the development, testing, validation, and integration of automotive and mobility-related solutions. Work across powertrain systems, vehicle electrification, software development, and testing, supporting engineering projects in collaboration with international teams. **Expectations** - Flexibility to assume a role that matches organizational needs (R&D, quality, customer support, or process optimisation). - Proactive engagement in project tasks, data analysis, simulation, and modelling. - Effective communication in English and/or French within a cross‑functional team. - Commitment to continuous learning and improvement of technical skills. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist in the design, modelling, simulation, and hardware/software integration for automotive components. - Support testing and validation activities for powertrain and electrification subsystems. - Collaborate with engineering, quality, and customer support teams to deliver high‑quality solutions. - Participate in data analysis, documentation, and reporting of test results. - Contribute to R&D initiatives and process optimisation efforts. - Work with international partners to ensure alignment with global engineering standards. **Required Skills** - Analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Strong understanding of automotive technologies and sustainable mobility concepts. - Familiarity with engineering simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, ANSYS, or equivalent). - Basic programming or scripting skills (C/C++, Python, or similar). - Team‑oriented attitude and effective written and verbal communication in English and/or French. - Adaptability to changing project requirements and cross‑functional collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Embedded Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. - Recent graduates or those with internship experience in automotive or related fields are welcome. - Professional certifications (e.g., ISO/IEC, automotive safety standards) are a plus but not mandatory.
