Job Description
Job title: Integration Developer (JR101621) Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions that enable seamless data flow between event‑technology platforms. Work in an agile environment, collaborating with brand and commercial teams to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures. Expectations: Deliver fully tested, documented integration components that meet business and technical specifications. Maintain code quality through peer reviews and adhere to CI/CD best practices. Facilitate proofs of concept for emerging technologies, provide technical guidance to stakeholders, and continuously improve integration processes. Key Responsibilities: - Build and support integration solutions using C#, .NET, Web API, and SQL Server. - Design data mapping and transformation rules to ensure accurate, efficient data exchange. - Create and upkeep comprehensive documentation of integration workflows, data flows, and system architectures. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and validate solutions. - Conduct proofs of concept and evaluate new technologies against existing systems. - Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices. - Manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform) for deployment of integration services. - Provide troubleshooting and support for data flow or integration issues across platforms. Required Skills: - Object‑oriented programming (C#, .NET, Web API). - SQL Server database design, query writing, and data management. - Azure services (App Services, Function Apps) for scalable integration solutions. - Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or equivalent) and CI/CD pipeline development. - Version control (Git) and source‑code management. - REST, SOAP, JSON, XML API design and consumption. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities. - Clear and concise communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate) are a plus.
