Job Title: Assistant Marketing Retail (Apprentice)
Role Summary:
Support the Retail Marketing team in building and executing communication strategies across Millet’s brand stores, affiliate commissions, and outlets in France and Italy. Manage local marketing plans, create and adapt visual content, monitor drive‑to‑store initiatives, and coordinate in‑store events and digital touchpoints to boost store traffic and sales.
Expactations:
- Enrolled in or holding a BAC + 3 to BAC + 5 degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communication, or Digital Marketing.
- Curiosity, rigor, strong organizational and autonomous work style, and efficiency.
- A dynamic approach with an interest in outdoor retail environments.
- Excellent social media management and digital content creation skills (photos, videos, stories).
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and the ability to produce impactful visuals (in‑store displays, posters).
- Experience or strong aptitude in retail operations, event coordination, and promotional activation.
- Teamwork and cross‑service communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pilot retail network marketing plans, adapting seasonal actions to local store types and needs.
- Track and report on marketing budgets, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Conduct market research and monitor drive‑to‑store activities to identify traffic‑boosting levers.
- Create, tailor, and publish visual content for social media, print, in‑store and out‑of‑home displays.
- Plan and execute in‑store events, partner collaborations, and ambassador programs.
- Manage and support social media pages for stores and Google My Business accounts—editing editorial calendars, publishing, and responding to customer reviews.
- Collaborate on media‑broad campaigns, offline promotions, and new drive‑to‑store initiatives.
- Provide on‑site support for new store openings and operational marketing activities.
