**Job Title:** Salesforce Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable Salesforce solutions using Flows, Apex, Aura, LWC, and OmniStudio. Lead integrations, DevOps, and automation initiatives while ensuring compliance, performance, and a high‑quality user experience in a collaborative, agile environment.
**Expactations:**

- Proactively manage technical debt to preserve platform stability and cost efficiency.

- Share knowledge through communities of practice and maintain audit‑ready, secure solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Configure and customize Salesforce using Flows, Apex, Aura, LWC, and OmniStudio.
- Design and implement secure, high‑performance API, middleware, and event‑driven integrations.
- Establish branching strategies, CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and 2GP packaging for reliable releases.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery, including testing, deployment planning, monitoring, and incident recovery.
- Apply secure coding standards (CRUD/FLS, least privilege, encryption) and governance controls.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross‑functional teams to align solutions with enterprise goals.
- Drive continuous improvement through Agile ceremonies, tool evaluation, and process refinement.
**Required Skills:**
- Expert in Salesforce data architecture, Flows, Apex, LWC, Aura, and OmniStudio.
- Strong integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, asynchronous/event‑driven patterns).
- Proficient with Salesforce DevOps tools (Salesforce DX, CI/CD, 2GP packaging, Copado/Gearset).
- Advanced SOQL/SOSL optimization and scalable data modeling.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce design patterns, component‑based development, and secure coding.
- UI/UX development aligned with WCAG accessibility and responsive design.
- Version control expertise (Git) and deployment automation.
- Experience evaluating AppExchange solutions and making build‑vs‑buy decisions.
- Effective mentor, collaborator, and communicator with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Agile delivery experience with iterative, high‑quality product development.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Preferred: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.
- Preferred: Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
