Job Description
**Job Title** Electrical Site Manager **Role Summary** Lead and manage all on‑site activities for electrical construction projects, ensuring compliance with EHSQ standards, timely delivery, and quality of commissioning and handover. **Expectations** - Deliver project milestones on schedule and within budget. - Maintain high safety and quality standards across all site operations. - Effectively supervise and mentor apprentices, labour, and subcontractors. **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee on‑site EHSQ compliance, including toolbox talks, RAMS, PPE, and permit acquisition. - Coordinate plant hire, tools, and labour to support daily operations. - Train and direct apprentices, manage labour trackers, and supervise site supervisors and subcontractors. - Execute commissioning, close‑out plans, and snag list resolution. - Attend internal planning meetings, manage external correspondence, and update project documentation. - Order day‑to‑day site materials, maintain the document management system, and provide progress reporting. - Communicate schedule changes, project quality metrics, and testing certifications to the project team. - Ensure adherence to all EHSQ policies, and maintain manual handling and safe pass compliance. **Required Skills** - Skilled in on‑site electrical management and compliance. - Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills. - Proficient with computer tools relevant to project tracking and reporting. **Required Education & Certifications** - Qualified Electrician. - SMSTS or SSSTS certification. - Hands‑on experience in site management or a comparable role. - Project management background is desirable.

Job Description
Job Title: Electrical Project Engineer Role Summary: Lead and coordinate electrical installation activities on construction sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and integrated management systems. Act as the primary technical liaison among suppliers, supervisors, project managers, and subcontractors to deliver quality outcomes on schedule. Expectations: - Maintain high safety and quality standards across all electrical work. - Effectively manage project documentation, QA/QC reporting, and handover packs. - Provide expert technical guidance to installation teams and stakeholders. - Support project progress reporting and raise technical queries promptly. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise daily with suppliers, site supervisors, project managers, EHSQ advisors, and subcontractors. - Manage site QA/QC procedures, issuing weekly/monthly QA/QC reports. - Contribute to weekly progress reports and coordinate drawings as requested. - Advise and guide subcontracted staff on all technical aspects of the project. - Raise technical requests for information to resolve electrical installation issues. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and project requirements. - Apply troubleshooting techniques to identify problems and implement corrective actions. - Manage document control, keeping logs updated. - Create handover and test packs for electrical systems. Required Skills: - Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and building services. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Proven ability to manage QA/QC processes and documentation. - Troubleshooting and problem‑solving aptitude. - Collaborative team player with stakeholder management capabilities. - Proficiency in managing project progress reports and drawing coordination. - Fluent in English.
