Job Description
**Job Title** Robotics Engineer (m/f) **Role Summary** Lead the analysis, design, programming, commissioning, and ongoing optimization of robotic and automated solutions for aerospace manufacturing processes, ensuring high reliability and continuous improvement. **Expectations** - Deliver end‑to‑end robotic system solutions that meet production requirements. - Operate independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. - Maintain technical excellence, documentation, and training for end‑users. - Stay abreast of industry technologies and act as an internal robotics subject‑matter expert. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyze manufacturing needs and define appropriate robotic/automation solutions. - Design and develop robot programs (ABB, KUKA, FANUC, etc.) and associated PLC logic. - Commission, troubleshoot, and validate robotic installations. - Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance and drive reliability improvements. - Mentor operators and provide training materials. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. - Scan emerging robotics technologies and recommend adoption. **Required Skills** - Proven experience programming industrial robots (ABB, KUKA, FANUC, etc.) and PLCs. - Solid knowledge of CAD/CAM integration for robotic workcell design. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. - Certifications in robot programming (e.g., ABB, KUKA, FANUC) are preferred.
