Job Description

**Job Title**: Salesforce Project Manager and Business Analyst **Role Summary**: Lead implementation and management of Salesforce Media Cloud and Sales Cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration, data migration, and platform evolution to support organizational workflows. **Expectations**: Proven expertise in end-to-end Salesforce project delivery, Agile methodology, and cross-functional collaboration. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining compliance and data integrity standards. **Key Responsibilities**: - Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce projects (scoping, planning, testing, deployment). - Manage stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical teams. - Coordinate migration of three Sales Cloud orgs into a unified Media Cloud environment. - Lead post-deployment training, transition to operational support, and continuous platform improvement. - Facilitate departmental workshops to gather requirements and develop user stories. - Track project progress via Jira/Confluence, maintain documentation, and deliver regular status reports. **Required Skills**: - Salesforce project delivery experience (Sales Cloud, Media Cloud). - Multi-org environment expertise (consolidation, data migration). - Agile project management (sprint planning, backlog management, iterative releases). - Technical proficiency in Salesforce architecture, integration, automation tools. - Requirements mapping (user stories, data flow diagrams). - Project management tools (Jira, Confluence). - Stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and cross-team collaboration. **Required Education & Certifications**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
