Job Title: Staff Systems Integration Engineer
Role Summary: Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable, secure integrations between Databricks and enterprise systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and Workday, combining low‑code iPaaS tools with custom AWS services to deliver end‑to‑end data pipelines for analytics, AI, and operational needs.
Expactations: Deliver end‑to‑end integration solutions that are scalable, observable, and highly reliable; own IaC provisioning, mentor junior engineers, and enforce best‑practice DevOps workflows; collaborate with data science, product, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement robust integrations across Databricks, NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, and other enterprise applications. • Build and maintain data pipelines using low‑code iPaaS (Workato, Fivetran) and custom AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, S3, CloudWatch, VPC, IAM). • Apply Terraform for infrastructure as code, manage lifecycle, and automate provisioning. • Mentor engineers, enforce Gitflow and CI/CD pipelines on GitHub. • Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, and stakeholder teams to ensure business value. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance; ensure observability and reliability.
Required Skills: • 8+ years software engineering experience in backend or distributed systems. • Advanced Python or Node.js programming. • Proven skill building low‑code/iPaaS integrations (Workato, Fivetran). • Deep AWS expertise: Lambda, Step Functions, S3, CloudWatch, VPC, IAM. • Terraform expertise for IaC and CI/CD. • Mastery of Git and Gitflow on GitHub. • Strong communication, collaboration, mentorship, and technical leadership. • Familiarity with Databricks or Snowflake, reverse‑ETL, Airbyte, model‑context protocols, Bedrock or Agentcore, and AI dev environments is a plus.
Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. No specific certifications required.
