**Job Title**
OpenShift Program Project Director (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Lead the end‑to‑end migration from OpenStack to a new generation OpenShift bare‑metal platform, ensuring continuous service, security, and cost performance through 2028. Manage planning, coordination, KPI tracking, stakeholder engagement, and compliance across multiple business units.
**Expectations**
• 7+ years managing complex cloud migration programs.
• Proven experience with OpenStack → OpenShift transitions.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change‑adoption skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks (DORA, PCI‑DSS, ILSI).
• Agile/Scrum mindset with ability to drive cross‑team alignment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define detailed migration scope for clusters and entities (BPC, BPCR, LCL, CATS, etc.).
- Coordinate adoption of the PORTAL platform across clusters and oversee application‑level migration sequencing.
- Track and report on migration KPIs (rate, target dates, progress) and overall schedule.
- Manage dependencies on native cloud product deliveries (DATA, PAAS, Observability).
- Guide teams in platform qualification and industrialisation of migration processes.
- Lead communication, training, and support for migrating units.
- Oversee OpenStack decommissioning, risk mitigation, and compliance enforcement.
- Maintain quality of service and regulatory conformity throughout the program.
**Required Skills**
- Cloud platforms: OpenShift, Kubernetes, bare‑metal.
- CI/CD integration and deployment.
- Project management of multi‑entity, multi‑project initiatives.
- Agile/Scrum planning, scope, and execution.
- KPI monitoring, reporting, and dependency management.
- Risk management, change management, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team‑motivating abilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certifications preferred: Scrum (PSM II, CSPO), cloud (OpenShift, Kubernetes), or security (PCI‑DSS, ISO 27001) credentials.
