Job Title: Sales Development Representative – UK/I Role Summary Full‑time remote SDR responsible for generating qualified sales leads and qualifying prospects in the cloud operations & DevOps SaaS market. Works closely with Account Executives and marketing to convert leads into booked meetings, driving pipeline growth and aligning with revenue targets. Expectations - Own territory and collaboration with a Rockstar AE. - Progress career and personal development within 12‑18 months. - Earn compensation tied to deal value, not just meeting volume. - Participate in global trade shows and company events. - No 9‑5 office hours; requires self‑motivation and independence. Key Responsibilities - Conduct outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, social outreach) to identify potential customers. - Qualify leads against defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline). - Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives. - Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in CRM. - Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and campaign optimization. - Track and report on key metrics (calls, emails, meetings, pipeline contributions). - Engage in continuous learning about product, market trends, and competitive landscape. - Attend global trade shows and company off‑sites as required. Required Skills - Proven Inside Sales/SDR experience at an early‑stage SaaS or DevOps startup. - Strong outbound calling ability with a track record of generating meetings. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment. - Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales processes. - Familiarity with cloud solutions, compliance, or technology sales is an asset. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - No mandatory certifications required; relevant sales or tech credentials considered a plus.
