Job Description
Job Title: Customer RevOps Manager Role Summary: The Customer RevOps Manager drives post-sales onboarding and revenue-operations alignment for SaaS clients, focusing on data integration, system configuration, and process optimization to enable AI-driven forecasting and customer success. Expectations: - Ensure seamless customer onboarding by driving discovery sessions and aligning platform integration with client revenue operations. - Translate RevOps use cases into implementation plans based on forecasting strategies, revenue reporting logic, and segmentation rules. - Collaborate with engineering teams to triage integration issues and validate data pipelines through SQL troubleshooting. - Provide CRM and customer success administrative support, configuring systems to ensure accurate reporting and automation. - Maintain cross-functional alignment with Sales, Customer Success, and engineering teams to meet client onboarding milestones. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end post-sales onboarding, including handoffs between Sales and Customer Success. - Integrate client systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, NetSuite) with platform infrastructure. - Troubleshoot integrations, validate data quality, and resolve discrepancies in forecasting models. - Configure CRM fields, dashboards, and metrics to align with revenue operations workflows. - Refine onboarding templates and advocate for client needs internally to improve tools/workflows. Required Skills: - Expertise in SaaS RevOps (ARR/TCV/ATV metrics, forecasting, churn/expansion logic). - Proficiency in SQL for data validation and troubleshooting. - Hands-on experience administering Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, or NetSuite. - Familiarity with API protocols, authentication methods (OAuth, token-based), and data integration tools (Airbyte, Fivetran). - Cross-functional collaboration and project management to coordinate stakeholders. Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Certifications in RevOps frameworks or CRM administration advantageous.
