Job Description
Job Title: Data Connectivity Developer Role Summary: Architect, develop, and maintain data pipelines and services for connected products within an IoT ecosystem. Drive data extraction, transformation, quality, and user-facing application development while ensuring performance and cost‑effective operation. Expectations: Produce clean, well‑documented code, collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (data, cloud, electronics, business units, and R&D), and support both project and production lifecycles. Key Responsibilities - Specifying, designing, and building data modules that ingest, cleanse, and structure data from connected devices. - Developing services, algorithms, applications, and interfaces for business‑use cases. - Validating, integrating, and deploying solutions into the IoT ecosystem, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost control. - Supporting data science, marketing, and engineering teams by interpreting field‑test data and troubleshooting production incidents. - Participating in technology monitoring of Data and AI trends and sharing best practices within the community. Required Skills - Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure and/or GCP). - Experience in data engineering/development, preferably in an IoT or industrial setting. - Strong analytical abilities, rigorous data quality focus, and effective communication of technical and business requirements. - Ability to prioritize, adapt across projects and production support, and work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams. Required Education & Certifications - Master’s degree or engineering school qualification in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Information Systems.
