**Job Title:** Solution Consultant **Role Summary:** Provide strategic, value‑driven advisory in pre‑sales to translate customer business challenges into effective ERP and HCM solutions. Act as a trusted partner, guiding clients through discovery, solution design, demos, tenders, and handover to implementation, while continuously building expertise in the product suite. **Expectations:** - Customer‑focused, detail‑oriented with rapid analytical thinking. - Proven experience in sales or pre‑sales for project‑driven commercial customers. - Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations confidently. - Passionate about technology, especially SaaS, with an understanding of information security. - Self‑motivated, collaborative, and capable of advocating product value. - Proficient in English, both spoken and written. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct research and discovery to identify client pain points and desired outcomes. - Build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as their voice in the sales process. - Develop and deliver business cases, solution demos, and presentation materials. - Participate in tender and RFP processes; prepare response documents and proposals. - Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings for solution scoping and validation. - Hand over finalized solutions to implementation teams with clear knowledge transfer. - Engage in ongoing product and industry research, contributing to subject‑matter expert groups. - Support post‑sales onboarding and partnership initiatives. **Required Skills:** - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking abilities. - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. - Proven stakeholder management and negotiation skills. - Knowledge of ERP, HCM, and SaaS business models; awareness of information security practices. - Ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities. - Self‑driven with a continuous learning mindset. - Proficiency in English (written and verbal). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Professional certifications in ERP/HCM solutions, project management, or security (e.g., PMP, CBAP, ITIL, CISSP) are a plus but not mandatory.
