**Job Title:** IT Delivery Manager / Lead Project Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects within a regulated financial services environment, overseeing multiple initiatives across the EMEA region. Ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet business and compliance requirements while coordinating cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
**Expectations:**
- Drive project scope, schedule, and budget to successful completion.
- Maintain high‑quality deliverables that satisfy regulatory and business standards.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Serve as primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage multiple IT projects/programs, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Utilize Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint for project tracking, governance, and documentation.
- Conduct stakeholder engagement, status reporting, and facilitation of cross‑functional collaboration.
- Implement delivery assurance practices, conduct regular reviews, and enforce best‑practice methodologies.
- Optimize resource allocation and manage internal teams and external vendors.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; develop contingency plans.
- Oversee financial management, including budget monitoring and cost tracking.
- Produce and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager or Technology Delivery Manager.
- Strong understanding of technology delivery lifecycles.
- Hands‑on expertise with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g., financial services).
- Knowledge of financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, regulatory reporting, and management information.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Strong time‑management, results‑orientation, and risk‑management skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Project management certifications such as PMP, SAFe, CSM, ITIL, or TOGAF preferred.
