Job Title: Helpdesk Support Analyst Role Summary: Provide multi-level IT support in a manufacturing environment, maintaining systems, resolving technical issues, and ensuring operational continuity. Expectations: Previous IT support experience in a manufacturing context; familiarity with IT infrastructure tools and processes. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1–3 IT support for staff and international teams; troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; maintain PCs, printers, servers, and IT equipment; manage software licenses and hardware/software inventories; support production systems (LabVIEW, test rigs); collaborate on IT projects, upgrades, and disaster recovery; liaise with vendors for maintenance; document procedures and ensure IT security compliance; participate in after-hours on-call rotations.
