**Job Title**
Digital Workplace & AI Product Manager
**Role Summary**
Drive the strategy, adoption, and technical integration of Google Workspace and Gemini in client environments. Act as the primary interface between business units and technical/security teams to deliver secure, efficient, and AI‑enabled collaboration solutions. Deliver end‑to‑end product ownership from roadmap to rollout, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements.

- Balance user value with technical feasibility, prioritizing high‑ROI features.
- Maintain continuous security and compliance throughout the lifecycle.
- Facilitate rapid AI adoption and process re‑engineering.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders in French and English.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Product Management & Rationalisation**
- Define and own the Digital Workplace roadmap.
- Audit existing application portfolio to eliminate Redundancies, Shadow IT, and non‑Google tools.
- Consolidate users onto the Google ecosystem.
- Manage backlog, prioritize enhancements, and drive value creation.
2. **Technical & Security (Run & Build)**
- Spearhead technical integration of Google Workspace: SSO, provisioning, APIs, connectors, and third‑party integrations.
- Lead advanced security measures: DLP, Context‑Aware Access, GDPR compliance.
- Monitor critical incidents, apply security patches, and audit updates.
3. **Adoption, AI & Transformation of Usage**
- Deploy Gemini (Gemini, NotebookLM, Gemini Enterprise) – select pilot users, configure, and track adoption metrics.
- Coach business users on effective prompt creation and automation via Gemini.
- Conduct design‑thinking workshops, optimize business processes, and promote real‑time collaboration enhanced by AI.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 5 years as Senior Consultant, Change Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Product Owner in collaborative or productivity cloud environments.
- Deep knowledge of Google Workspace (or Microsoft 365) administration; certifications highly valued.
- Proficiency with Identity Management, SSO, provisioning, APIs, and Data Loss Prevention concepts.
- Advanced experience with generative AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT) and ability to translate technical details for business teams.
- Familiarity with adoption frameworks (ADKAR, etc.) and tool rationalisation processes.
- Strong product mindset focused on user‐centric case usage and business value.
- Excellent diplomacy, educational presentation, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Relevant certifications: Google Workspace Collaboration Engineer / Administrator, Microsoft 365 Administrator, Identity & Access Management, DLP, or equivalent.
