Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager - New Product Development Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end New Product Development (NPD) projects for industrial electronic products, ensuring timely delivery, cross‑functional coordination, and stakeholder alignment. Expectations: - Drive multiple concurrent NPD initiatives from concept to launch. - Maintain project momentum, manage risks, and secure required resources. - Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior leadership and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestone trackers. - Coordinate activities across engineering, sourcing, operations, product management, and sales teams. - Facilitate team meetings, monitor critical paths, and enforce accountability for deliverables. - Conduct market and competitor analyses to guide development priorities. - Analyze sales forecasts, cost structures, and profitability to validate project viability. - Provide regular status, risk, and forecast updates to senior leadership. - Support business development during client meetings and site visits. Required Skills: - Minimum 3 years of experience in NPD or technical project management. - Strong command of stage‑gate and other NPD methodologies. - Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑stakeholder projects to completion. - Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management. - High level of organization, problem‑solving, and decision‑making aptitude. - Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. - Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) preferred but not mandatory.

Contract Electronics Engineer
Job Description
**Job Title** Contract Electronics Engineer **Role Summary** Provide technical oversight for complex electronic system projects on a 3‑6 month contract. Lead design reviews, ensure compliance and performance standards, and act as the primary authority on schematics, PCB layouts, and FPGA code. **Expectations** - Work on site, Monday‑Friday, as a senior technical resource. - Deliver high‑quality reviews and guidance to the engineering team. - Operate under an umbrella company; PSC status not accepted. **Key Responsibilities** - Review and approve schematics and PCB layouts using OrCAD and Altium. - Inspect and make minor updates to VHDL code for Lattice FPGA platforms. - Evaluate high‑speed digital, analogue, and power‑supply designs for performance and compliance. - Lead a team through design reviews, providing technical direction and feedback. **Required Skills** - Proficient in OrCAD and Altium for schematic capture and PCB layout. - Experienced with VHDL on Lattice FPGA platforms. - Strong knowledge of high‑speed digital, analogue, and power‑supply design. - Proven ability to lead design‑review teams and mentor junior engineers. - Ability to work through an umbrella company (no PSC). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent. - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified Electronics Design Engineer, FPGA Design certification) are a plus.
