Job Title: Product Owner (F/M) Role Summary: Own the product vision for a defined functional scope, prioritize and manage the backlog, translate user and business needs into clear functional specifications, and guide the delivery cycle from design to production while ensuring adoption and stakeholder alignment. Expectations: Lead cross‑functional teams, facilitate communication, ensure timely delivery of high‑value solutions, maintain product documentation, and drive continuous improvement of processes and product quality. Key Responsibilities: - Prioritize and groom the backlog based on business value and stakeholder input. - Coordinate project stakeholders (business, technical, partners) and lead Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, demos). - Analyze, refine, and validate functional requirements; conduct and moderate workshops to capture needs. - Write clear functional specifications and user stories, ensuring they are actionable for development teams. - Participate in impact analysis and refinement sessions to confirm solution feasibility. - Maintain coherence of project documentation and update deliverables as needed. - Act as the primary functional reference and liaison within the product domain. - Oversee production releases, monitor adoption, and address post‑go‑live issues. - Establish governance (status committees, reporting) and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Required Skills: - Strong backlog management and prioritization. - Excellent facilitation and stakeholder communication. - Proficient in drafting functional and technical specifications. - Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). - Ability to analyze incidents, manage tickets, and use SQL/Oracle for data troubleshooting. - Competence in coordinating QA activities and user acceptance testing. - Good understanding of deployment processes and post‑release support. - Self‑motivated, collaborative, and eager to share knowledge. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Professional Scrum Product Owner) is preferred.

Job Title: DevOps / Cloud & Data Platform Engineer Role Summary: Design, deploy, and maintain a secure, scalable Databricks and data platform environment on AWS, automating infrastructure with Terraform and improving observability and performance for data teams. Expactations: Quickly become self‑sufficient, and demonstrate curiosity, rigor, strong communication, and a passion for standardization, industrialization, and data‑team collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy, standardize, and secure Databricks workspaces, catalogues, and Unity Catalog permissions. - Automate infrastructure provisioning and management across environments using Terraform. - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions for DataOps workflows. - Govern access controls (IAM, S3, etc.) and enforce platform best practices and security policies. - Provide hands‑on support and guidance to data teams on infrastructure requirements. - Monitor system health, establish SLOs/SILs, configure alerting, and propose continuous improvement to optimize performance and reliability. - Work with Kubernetes and microservices to enable scalable data‑centric services.
