Job Description: Job title: Customer Success Manager Role Summary: Partner with clients to drive adoption, satisfaction, and growth of digital accounting and finance solutions. Act as a commercial and strategic advisor, ensuring clients realize value from technology-enabled services. Expectations: - Digital‑savvy professional with accounting or financial management expertise - Client‑centric commercial mindset - Strong communication and pedagogical skills - Self‑motivated, proactive, and collaborative Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain long‑term relationships with a portfolio of accounting/finance clients - Understand clients’ business goals and map digital tools to deliver solutions - Provide training, support, and consultative guidance on product usage - Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities based on client needs - Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure client success - Track, analyze, and report on key success metrics (adoption, renewal, NPS) Required Skills: - Proficiency with digital accounting/finance tools and platforms - Commercial acumen and strategic thinking - Excellent written and oral communication, including teaching abilities - Strong problem‑solving, autonomy, and proactive attitude - Team player with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field - Professional certifications in Customer Success, Product Management, or accounting software (e.g., XERO, QuickBooks, SAP, Salesforce) preferred.
