Job Description
**Job Title:** Operations & Growth Intern **Role Summary:** Support rapid brand expansion by streamlining operational workflows, managing influencer collaborations (including TikTok Shop), delivering efficient customer service, coordinating logistics, and driving business development initiatives. **Expectations:** - Deliver measurable improvements in process efficiency. - Actively seek and nurture influencer partnerships. - Maintain high customer satisfaction with rapid response times. - Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). - Manage budgets and expense tracking for D2C operations. - Facilitate on‑ground campaigns and strategic partnerships. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Influencer & TikTok Shop Operations** - Identify and vet relevant influencer profiles. - Outreach, relationship management, and ambassador program administration. - Draft, approve, and monitor campaign briefs. - Track campaign performance and optimize results. - Handle administrative tasks: vendor records, SAP purchase orders, and receipt follow‑ups. 2. **Customer Service & Process Optimization** - Respond to client queries within 12 hours, ensuring a superior experience. - Classify inquiries, pinpoint process gaps, and propose improvements. - Monitor CS KPIs (volume, cost, satisfaction). - Coordinate return logistics with BigBlue, processing refunds and stock updates. 3. **Operations & Business Development** - Oversee D2C spending: create orders, track budgets. - Execute on‑ground acquisition initiatives: partner gyms, CrossFit boxes, running clubs. - Organize tasting events and collaborate with sports professionals (physiotherapists, osteopaths, sports physicians). **Required Skills:** - Project management and cross‑functional coordination. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Analytical thinking; KPI tracking. - Basic logistics and e‑commerce workflow understanding. - Familiarity with SAP desired. - Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Final year undergraduate or graduate student in business, engineering, commerce, or equivalent. - No specific certifications required.
