Job title: Marketing and Communications Manager
Role Summary:
Lead the marketing and communications function for a connected health technology company, driving brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement across digital and offline channels. Manage a cross‑functional marketing team, develop and execute strategic plans, optimize budgets, and collaborate with sales, product, and executive leadership to support B2B growth.

* Champion the company’s brand and messaging, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
* Deliver measurable marketing outcomes (lead volume, conversion rates, web traffic, event ROI) aligned with business goals.
* Foster innovation and continuous improvement in marketing tactics, tools, and content.
* Build and mentor a high‑performance marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and manage the marketing team, recruiting, coaching, and setting performance expectations.
2. Define and execute the annual marketing and communications strategy, including messaging, positioning, and brand architecture.
3. Develop media plans, content calendars, and integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.
4. Oversee all budgetary planning, approval, and reporting, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
5. Drive innovation initiatives that support product differentiation and market expansion.
6. Implement brand and employer‑branding programmes, enhancing corporate reputation.
7. Create and maintain customer success stories, case studies, and thought‑leadership assets.
8. Manage online marketing efforts: SEO/SEM, website optimization, landing pages, and lead‑generation funnels.
9. Plan, coordinate, and manage annual marketing event calendars, including sponsorships, logistics, and post‑event analysis.
10. Support product marketing by refining promotional materials, product sheets, and launch assets.
11. Maintain strong relationships with sales, product, and executive leadership to align marketing with commercial priorities.
Required Skills:
* 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, health tech, or connected‑device sectors.
* Proven ability to develop and deliver multi‑channel marketing strategies that generate qualified leads and drive revenue.
* Expertise in digital marketing: SEO/SEM, analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and performance measurement.
* Strong leadership, team‑building, and coaching skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English; content creation and storytelling.
* Budgeting and financial‑planning experience.
* Knowledge of cloud and data‑infrastructure concepts relevant to the connected‑health industry.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
Required Education & Certifications:
* Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (e.g., CELSA).
* Marketing specialization or coursework strongly preferred.
* Professional certifications such as Google Analytics, HubSpot Marketing, or Qualtrics are a plus.
