**Job title**
Product Manager – Digital Services
**Role summary**
Lead end‑to‑end product strategy, design, and research for digital apps and services. Drive cross‑functional collaboration and data‑driven decision making to enhance customer journey, create business value, and support subscription‑based features in automotive contexts.
**Expectations**
• Deliver a product roadmap that balances short‑term priorities with long‑term strategy.
• Translate user research, usability insights, and metrics into actionable features and experiments.
• Build consensus with stakeholders across engineering, product, content, marketing, sales, and finance teams.
• Champion inclusion, psychological safety, and continuous improvement.
**Key responsibilities**
1. Integrate design, strategy, and research into each product cycle.
2. Own and communicate the overall product roadmap for design, research, strategy, and digital services.
3. Collaborate with CI&T agency and client side teams to ensure coherence of initiatives.
4. Partner with Lead Product Designer to ground design solutions in user research and business goals.
5. Develop business cases for new features, revenue opportunities, and subscription‑based services.
6. Promote cross‑departmental training and best‑practice sharing.
7. Define, track, and report success metrics (adoption, engagement, retention, satisfaction).
8. Lead experiments, assess results, and translate insights into product actions.
**Required skills**
* 3–5 years Product Management in digital agencies or tech, with focus on design, strategy, research, and digital services (automotive or app services a plus).
* Strong grounding in design principles, strategic thinking, and user research.
* Excellent stakeholder‑management, communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Analytical mindset; adept at using data to guide strategy and improvements.
* Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and steering multiple workstreams.
* Familiarity with Agile / iterative delivery.
* Ability to define experiments, evaluate outcomes, and convert insights into actions.
* Optional: familiarity with automotive or mobility contexts, subscription‑based features, copy‑to‑design integration, BI tools (Tableau).
**Required education & certifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in design, business, engineering, or related field.
* Advanced degree or certification (e.g., PMP, CBAP, Agile certifications) is a plus.
