Job Description

Job Title: Data & BI Manager Role Summary: Lead the Data & BI department to design, implement, and maintain a scalable data architecture that supports strategic business intelligence initiatives. Translate organizational data strategy into tangible value‑creatin Expectations: - Deliver measurable business value through data solutions and analytics. - Evolve the organization’s data provision from basic reporting to advanced data‑driven decision support. - Uphold data quality, governance, and security across all systems. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute data strategy initiatives aligned with business objectives. - Design, develop, and deploy Big Data models, data warehouses, and governance frameworks. - Supervise data processing, integration, and continuity to ensure reliability. - Ensure accuracy and clarity of analytical reports, dashboards, and key metrics. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with ERP, Care, Care Admin, and Pharma units to align data strategy and enable reuse. - Prioritize departmental activities, manage resources, and coordinate timelines. - Coach, motivate, and develop the Data & BI team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends; translate them into actionable innovations. - Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, translating technical concepts into business value. Required Skills: - Leadership with a coaching mindset and proven team management experience. - Expertise in data architecture, Big Data, data warehousing, and data governance. - Proficiency in designing and implementing BI solutions and dashboards. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. - Ability to balance strategic vision with detailed execution. - Familiarity with healthcare data ecosystems and clinical processes. - Fluency in Dutch (native or equivalent) and professional proficiency in French; English proficiency acceptable. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in data management, BI, or analytics (e.g., CDMP, Microsoft BI, Snowflake, Big Data platforms) are advantageous.
