**Job Title:** Senior Infrastructure Project Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex IT infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational transformation goals. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder engagement for projects such as major Windows 11 upgrades and enterprise‑wide network redesigns.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with agreed benefits.
- Act on behalf of the Sponsor, making decisions that best serve the organisation.
- Maintain robust governance, documentation, and reporting across all projects.
- Influence stakeholders at all levels and manage cross‑team dependencies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Scope, plan, and manage critical technology infrastructure projects.
- Perform risk, issue, and change management; maintain updated project documentation.
- Coordinate investment case development and annual resource plans.
- Communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide daily project oversight, including resource and budget tracking.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers, ensuring contractual compliance.
- Support product and agile delivery leads in mitigating cross‑team risks.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience leading large, complex technology projects with business change elements.
- Technical expertise in data centre migrations, modern desktop deployment, Microsoft Intune, networking (SDWAN, Virtual WAN), VMware virtualization, and SAN storage.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, APMQ, MSP, or equivalent).
- Advanced leadership, influencing, relationship‑management, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
- Proficiency in project/programme tools and supply‑chain management.
- Ability to multitask, resolve conflicts, and meet tight deadlines in a matrixed environment.
- Competence in budgeting, financial forecasting, strategic and operational planning, and performance evaluation.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Project Management qualification (APMQ, PRINCE2, MSP) or equivalent professional experience.
