**Job Title:** Client Success Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end client engagements for high‑value and SMB accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding, successful implementation, and continuous business‑as‑usual support. Foster strong client relationships, translate client needs into product improvements, and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver exceptional service.
**Expectations:**
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with high professional urgency.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality targets are met.
- Communicate technical details clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of company products, aiming for high retention and advocacy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee onboarding and integration of enterprise and SMB clients from commercial handover to go‑live and BAU.
- Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders; develop understanding of business objectives and workflows.
- Advise internal teams (Product, Engineering, Solutions) on client requirements, feedback, and improvement opportunities.
- Support project managers: define scope, timelines, milestones; coordinate internal and client resources for timely delivery.
- Coordinate UAT, deliver remote/on‑site training, and ensure Go‑Live readiness.
- Transition clients to business‑as‑usual operations, maintaining documentation and satisfaction.
- Monitor engagement metrics (platform usage, integration performance) and identify optimization opportunities.
- Collect feedback, manage change requests, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Resolve live support issues in partnership with Support, Product, and Engineering teams, maintaining SLA commitments.
- Represent the company at client meetings, workshops, and industry events.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience in Client Success, Account Management, or related support role.
- Demonstrated project coordination or project management experience.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven insight skills.
- Ability to document processes, workflows, and client requirements.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Competent with collaboration tools (Google Suite, Notion, Slack, Figma, etc.).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Project management certification preferred (PRINCE2, SAFe Agile, PMP, or equivalent).
