**Job Title**: CRM & Automation Lead
**Role Summary**:
Spearhead the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of the organization’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and automated marketing workflows. Champion data integrity, cross‑channel communication, and personalized customer journeys to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
**Expectations**:
- Deliver measurable improvements in customer engagement and lifetime value through CRM and automation initiatives.
- Maintain a high‑quality, integrated data environment that supports analytics, reporting, and compliance.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and customer support teams to align automation strategies with business goals.
- Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to customer data and privacy.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the selection, configuration, and ongoing administration of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Design, build, test, and maintain automated marketing campaigns, customer lifecycle workflows, and trigger‑based communications.
- Develop data models, segmentation strategies, and personalization rules to power targeted outreach.
- Oversee data cleansing, deduplication, enrichment, and migration projects to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Create dashboards, KPI reports, and analytics to measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Train and mentor cross‑functional teams on CRM best practices and automation tools.
- Liaise with IT and security to ensure data governance, system integrations, and compliance with data protection laws.
**Required Skills**:
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) and marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua).
- Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset; proficiency with SQL, data visualization, and reporting.
- Familiarity with email marketing standards, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and privacy‑by‑design principles.
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user flows.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator/Platform App Builder, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or Marketo Certified Expert strongly preferred.
