**Job Title** Helpdesk Administrator **Role Summary** Provide comprehensive administrative support to the operational team on the SETL – South East Trains Limited contract. Manage account activities, coordinate engineering resources through a CAFM system, monitor service delivery performance, track SLAs and statutory compliance, and produce and maintain contractual and compliance documentation. **Expectations** - Experienced administrator with a customer‑service focus. - Strong problem‑solving, prioritisation and multi‑tasking under tight deadlines. - Able to work under pressure and maintain high standards of service. - Familiarity with CAFM systems is desirable (training provided). - Excellent IT literacy – advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills. - Proactive liaison with engineers and subcontractors to ensure work standards. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Assist Contract Supervisors and Manager with account/contract administration. 2. Coordinate NGB engineers via the CAFM system for planning and scheduling. 3. Monitor contract performance and service‑delivery trends using CAFM data. 4. Track and report on SLAs for reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks. 5. Ensure statutory compliance for the Hard FM Engineering team, mobilising staff or partners as required. 6. Produce all operational, commercial, and client‑required contractual and compliance documentation. 7. Manage record‑keeping and document control centre updates. 8. Maintain and update contractual documentation and records. 9. Liaise with engineers and subcontractors to uphold work‑standards. **Required Skills** - Administrative and customer‑service proficiency. - Analytical, methodical problem‑solving. - Prioritisation, multi‑tasking, deadline‑oriented. - Ability to liaise with technical staff and external partners. - Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel (reporting). - Knowledge of CAFM systems (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications** - Minimum educational qualifications in Mathematics and English Language. - No specific certifications required; experience in helpdesk administration and CAFM usage is preferred.

Job Description
**Job Title** Senior Authorised Person (SAP) **Role Summary** Senior SAP is responsible for authorising, managing, and ensuring compliance of maintenance and operational activities on Low‑Voltage (LV), Medium‑Voltage (MV), and Extra‑High‑Voltage (EHV) distribution networks. The role coordinates with Network Operators (DNOs) across the UK, upholds safety standards, and provides technical guidance to field teams. **Expectations** - Hold current SAP authorisations for LV, MV, and/or EHV as required by network operators. - Demonstrate proven experience on at least one of the major UK distribution networks (UKPN, SSEN, SPEN, NPG, ENW, National Grid). - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry regulations, safety codes, and operator procedures. - Operate independently or lead a team on complex, high‑visibility infrastructure projects. **Key Responsibilities** - Authorise electrical works, inspections, and commissioning on distribution networks. - Review and approve technical plans, risk assessments, and safety procedures. - Coordinate with DNOs, contractors, and internal stakeholders to secure approvals and schedule works. - Conduct site visits to inspect completion, quality, and safety compliance. - Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and field crews. - Maintain accurate records of authorisations, work orders, and incident reports. - Identify and recommend improvements to processes, safety standards, and technical practices. **Required Skills** - In‑depth understanding of UK distribution network operation and safety regulations. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple simultaneous projects. - Proficiency in digital tools for documentation, reporting, and scheduling. **Required Education & Certifications** - Current Ministry of Justice/Industry‑approved SAP certification for LV, MV, and/or EHV (as required). - UK certification for electrical engineers (e.g., NEET approval, or equivalent). - Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in distribution network roles with documented SAP authorisations. - Additional safety qualifications (e.g., ISO 45001, COSHH, HACCP) are advantageous.
