**Job Title:** Sales Developer (H/F) **Role Summary:** Drive business growth in the aeronautics sector by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new client accounts while nurturing existing relationships. Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and customers, ensuring tailored solutions and timely delivery of proposals. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and account growth goals. - Maintain high data quality and timely updates in the CRM system. - Collaborate cross‑functionally to align product offerings with client needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect and identify high‑potential accounts within the aeronautics market. - Qualify prospects, understand client requirements, and craft compelling technical/ commercial proposals. - Present and promote company solutions to prospective and existing customers. - Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. - Keep accurate, detailed records of sales activities, forecasts, and outcomes in the CRM. - Follow internal processes and meet defined KPIs. - Work closely with technical specialists to tailor solutions and support account strategy reviews. **Required Skills:** - 3–5 years of proven sales experience in a technical or industrial environment. - Deep understanding of aeronautics industry dynamics and customer procurement processes. - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Self‑motivated, result‑driven, and resilient in a competitive market. - Proficient with CRM platforms, reporting tools, and KPI dashboards. - Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum BAC+5 (Bachelor’s + 5 years) in Commerce, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. ---
