Job title: Category Buyer Role Summary: Own the end‑to‑end procurement of ingredients and packaging, building strategic supplier relationships and driving best‑practice sourcing within a fast‑paced food brand. Expactations: • Lead the sourcing strategy for designated categories. • Deliver cost, quality and delivery insights to cross‑functional teams. • Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance. • Champion procurement best practices across the supply chain. • Support new product development and market launches through informed sourcing decisions. Key Responsibilities: • Identify, evaluate and onboard new suppliers. • Conduct market and spend analysis. • Negotiate pricing, terms and service level agreements. • Collaborate with technical, NPD, finance and marketing to align sourcing with product roadmaps. • Monitor supplier performance metrics and enforce quality compliance. • Resolve supplier issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Maintain accurate procurement documentation and reporting. Required Skills: • 3+ years procurement experience, preferably sourcing ingredients or packaging. • Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Analytical mindset with proficiency in procurement systems and Excel. • Passion for the food and hospitality sector. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Food Science or related field. • Professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, CPPM) preferred but not mandatory.

Job Title: Marketing Manager, Branded Food – 12 Month FTC Role Summary Lead brand strategy, innovation, pricing, and performance for a high‑performing FMCG food & beverage brand in the UK. Own end‑to‑end innovation pipeline, manage pack price architecture, drive growth and profitability, and mentor a Brand Manager & ABM while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and global brand partners. Expectations - Deliver measurable growth and profit targets for the brand portfolio. - Maintain and enhance brand equity through strategic and operational excellence. - Lead a high‑performance team and foster a culture of creativity and accountability. - Act as a strategic influencer in the broader marketing organization.
