Expectations • Deliver functional designs for interfaces and reports that meet country‑specific requirements. • Develop and execute comprehensive test scripts during operational testing cycles. • Support clients throughout UAT to ensure a smooth transition to production. • Resolve REA‑specific issues using OSS messages and coordinate with SAP support. • Communicate primarily in English and collaborate effectively in a hybrid on‑site/remote environment. Key Responsibilities • Design and configure the SAP REA module for several European jurisdictions. • Create clear, practical functional design documents for interfaces and reports. • Write and run test scripts during the operational testing phase. • Facilitate UAT sessions, gather feedback, and verify issue resolution. • Deploy the REA module, conduct knowledge transfer, and hand over to support teams. • Manage OSS messages and liaise with SAP to resolve technical issues. • Maintain project documentation and report progress to stakeholders. Required Skills • Extensive SAP REA module experience (design, configuration, testing). • Strong knowledge of functional design and integration points. • Proficient in test script creation and execution. • Ability to support and train end users during UAT. • Effective communication in English; ability to work across multiple countries. • Experience with OSS message handling and issue resolution. • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a hybrid environment. Job title: SAP PP/QM Consultant (French speaking) Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end SAP implementations focusing on Production Execution (PE), Quality Management (QM), and Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) in a complex manufacturing environment. Drive functional design, integration, training, and go‑live support while ensuring alignment with logistics, controlling, and procurement functions. Expectations: Deliver high‑quality SAP solutions within defined timelines; collaborate effectively with international, multidisciplinary teams; maintain proactive stakeholder engagement; adapt quickly to shifting priorities; demonstrate resilience under pressure. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct fit‑gap analysis, functional design, and system configuration for PE, QM, and PPDS modules. - Prepare functional design documents, train end users, and develop UAT scenarios. - Manage data migration, data quality checks, and post‑go‑live support. - Ensure seamless integration with logistics, controlling, procurement, and LIMS (e.g., Labvantage); preferred EWM integration experience. - Align production planning with execution processes and support detailed scheduling. - Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to cross‑functional stakeholders. - Participate in greenfield or existing landscape implementations, customizing or using SAP templates as needed. - Troubleshoot and debug SAP issues, providing timely resolutions.
