**Job Title:** Senior Performance Marketing Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead the development, execution, and optimization of performance‑marketing campaigns across paid search, social, display, affiliate, and email channels to maximize customer acquisition, conversion, and retention while delivering strong ROI for the business.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in performance marketing and digital advertising.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable growth (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV).
- Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
- Effective leadership and mentorship of junior team members.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement comprehensive performance‑marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle: ideation, targeting, budgeting, creative development, A/B testing, execution, and analysis.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and broader marketing teams to ensure integrated initiatives.
- Analyze performance data using tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Northbeam, Triplewhale) to identify optimization opportunities and report insights to senior management.
- Conduct market and competitive research to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Oversee relationships with agencies, vendors, and technology partners for seamless campaign delivery.
- Provide regular performance reporting and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Mentor and develop junior performance‑marketing staff, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
**Required Skills:**
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic display, and affiliate platforms.
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, attribution platforms, data visualization).
- Advanced skills in audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
- Strong quantitative analysis and KPI tracking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Leadership experience in cross‑functional, fast‑paced environments.
- Creative problem‑solving and continuous‑improvement mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
