Job Description: Job title: Java Technical Lead/Architect Role Summary: Lead architecture and implementation of Java/Spring Boot solutions, translating high‑level designs into detailed specifications, delivering PoCs, and driving event‑driven and streaming paradigms across distributed teams. Expectations: - Own end‑to‑end technical direction for Java projects. - Champion modern design patterns, documentation, and high engineering standards. - Collaborate with offshore and distributed teams for consistent delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Translate high‑level solution designs into detailed low‑level technical specifications. 2. Build proof‑of‑concepts to validate technologies, patterns, and architectural decisions. 3. Coach, mentor, and evangelize event‑driven and streaming architectures within engineering teams. 4. Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and technical leads to align design and implementation. 5. Coordinate delivery across time zones, ensuring smooth handovers and alignment. 6. Review and refine low‑level designs for scalability, maintainability, security, and performance. 7. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide hands‑on support during implementation. 8. Promote reusable design patterns, consistent documentation, and high engineering standards. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Preferred certifications: Java SE/EE, Spring Framework, Kafka, or related technical credentials.
