Job Description

Job title: Finance Data Analyst - Contract Role Summary: Analyze financial and digital data to generate insights, optimize reporting processes, and support business decision-making through advanced financial modeling and analysis. Expactations: Deliver accurate, timely data insights across multiple channels; collaborate with stakeholders to refine report frameworks and metrics; ensure alignment with service-level agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct customer segmentation and level-up deep-dive analysis to identify business opportunities. 2. Support innovation business cases by structuring reports and extracting actionable insights. 3. Maintain and optimize reports for channels (D2C, EPP, SMB, etc.), ensuring alignment with evolving business needs. 4. Monitor and improve SKU rationalization and range management reporting. 5. Train team members on report usage and provide guidance for data-driven decision-making. 6. Propose methods to enhance report production efficiency and accuracy. Required Skills: - Advanced Excel (Power Pivot, pivot tables, formulae) - SQL, Looker proficiency - QLIK or similar dashboard tools - Financial modeling (scenario/accounting-based) - Data analysis (traffic, conversion, KPIs) - PowerPoint for reporting - Strong problem-solving and project ownership - Verbal/written communication and presentation skills - Attention to detail; high accuracy in fast-paced environments Required Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or related field; proven e-commerce or accounting/financial analysis experience required.
