Key Responsibilities: - Design, code, test, and deploy telephony and communication components in C#.NET Core. - Implement multithreaded, Task Parallel Library‑based services. - Build and maintain real‑time communication stacks (SIP, RTP) and integrate with PBX/Call Centre systems (Asterisk, Kamailio). - Participate in full‑stack architecture, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity or similar). - Write and run automated tests (TDD, BDD with SpecFlow). - Use SQL for data persistence and Wireshark for traffic analysis. - Collaborate with cross‑functional Agile teams and external partners to deliver MVPs and iterate solutions. Required Skills: - C#.NET Core development - Multithreading (TPL), TDD, BDD (SpecFlow) - Telephony protocols: SIP, RTP, VoIP, PBX integration - Distributed services, Linux, Docker, Wireshark - SQL, Git, CI/CD (TeamCity or equivalent) - Strong written and verbal communication - Experience in call centre environments preferred Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - Familiarity with IEC/ISO security standards is a plus.

**Job Title** Electronics Engineer – Contract (Underwater Robotics) **Role Summary** Provide end‑to‑end electronic design and development for underwater vehicle systems, ensuring innovative, reliable, and compliant solutions. **Job Title:** Sensor Fusion Software Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, develop, test and maintain embedded C++ applications that integrate and fuse data from multiple sensors for autonomous UAV navigation. Lead technical architecture decisions, mentor team members, and ensure software meets real‑time, safety, security and redundancy requirements. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality, maintainable sensor fusion software that supports UAV autonomy systems. - Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and knowledge transfer to the wider engineering team. - Lead or collaborate on cross‑functional projects, ensuring alignment with product goals and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect, implement and test sensor fusion algorithms, utilizing Kalman filtering and related techniques. - Expand and maintain existing sensor fusion capabilities, adding new features per product owner direction. - Ensure real‑time performance, redundancy, safety/critical, and security compliance of all sensor fusion components. - Engage with engineers, teams and leadership to clarify requirements and deliver solutions. - Mentor junior engineers and support skill development within the team. - Participate in unit, integration and test automation, adhering to software quality standards. - Contribute knowledge through documentation, design notes and technical presentations. **Required Skills:** - Proficient in embedded C++ development. - Strong understanding of state estimation, sensor fusion, navigation tools and techniques (e.g., Kalman filters). - Knowledge of sensor principles, data processing, selection, evaluation, and modelling. - Experience with GNSS and other positioning technologies; visual navigation preferred. - Familiarity with Linux and real‑time operating systems (FreeRTOS, etc.). - Debugging and problem‑solving using tools such as gdb. - Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP) and serial interfaces (RS422/485). - CI/CD experience (Jenkins or equivalent). - Proficiency in Matlab/Simulink. - Software architecture for embedded or backend systems, addressing performance, security and redundancy constraints. - Testing (unit, integration) and test‑automation experience. - Technical leadership and mentoring experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Knowledge of MQTT, DDS, GIS beneficial. - Existing UK Security Clearance (SC) is advantageous. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics or related field. - Familiarity with software safety standards (e.g., DO‑178) and security standards for defence applications. - Any relevant certifications in embedded systems, real‑time operating systems, or safety‑critical software are a plus.
