Job Description
Job Title: Service Delivery Manager Role Summary: Lead and assure the delivery of high‑quality IT services in a multinational setting, aligning service operations with business objectives and maintaining strong supplier performance. Expectations: • Deliver services that meet or exceed defined SLAs and business expectations. • Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, product owners, and technical architects. • Foster continuous improvement through data‑driven reporting and stakeholder feedback. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage end‑to‑end service delivery, ensuring reliability, quality, and efficiency. 2. Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, overseeing contracts and performance metrics. 3. Define, monitor, and report on key service metrics; identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions. 4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process reviews, root‑cause analysis, and best‑practice adoption. 5. Coordinate escalations, incident management, and change control in line with ITIL standards. 6. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align IT services with evolving business needs. Required Skills: • 7+ years in IT service delivery or operations with proven leadership experience. • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework; ITIL certification (e.g., ITIL v4 Foundation) regarded as a plus. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation abilities. • Proficient in English; native or fluent Dutch or French preferred. • Experience operating in an international, multicultural environment. • Analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting tools and data analysis. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • ITIL certification preferred; other relevant service management certifications (e.g., ISO 20000, CSM) welcomed.
