**Job Title**
Early Careers Programme Manager
**Role Summary**
Lead and deliver end‑to‑end graduate and internship programmes, encompassing attraction, recruitment, assessment, induction, development and management. Build and maintain external partnerships, run campaign activities, design assessment tools, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Drive continuous improvement of early‑careers processes and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organisation to align talent development with business objectives.

- Provide innovative solutions for talent attraction, assessment and programme design.
- Analyse recruitment data to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with universities, professional bodies, external vendors and internal business leaders.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Marketing & Attraction** – Plan and execute annual attraction initiatives: career fairs, work‑experience sessions, skill‑development workshops, university and school outreach. Build and maintain relationships with job boards, D&I partners, early‑career platforms and governing bodies. Manage online/social media and career‑website content, ensuring brand and compliance alignment.
2. **Assessment & Selection** – Own end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, assessment, interview facilitation (in‑person & virtual), offer management, onboarding. Design assessment materials (case studies, interview scripts) and run assessment centres. Capture and analyse recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
3. **Programme Development & Management** – Partner with senior stakeholders to design development programmes that meet business needs and learning plans. Oversee relationships with training providers and professional bodies. Create and deliver training workshops, skills sessions, and networking events. Implement and refine early‑career learning frameworks to support qualification attainment.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience in early‑career recruitment & programme management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, leadership and collaboration abilities.
- Expertise in recruitment marketing, event management, and employer branding.
- Proficiency in assessment design, virtual/hybrid assessment centre facilitation.
- Data‑driven mindset: collection, analysis, and reporting of recruitment KPIs.
- Project management skills – planning, budgeting, and delivering on timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with an eye for brand consistency.
- Knowledge of diversity & inclusion best practices in talent acquisition.
**Required Education & Certifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Professional certification preferred: CIPD Level 3/4, HR/Recruitment qualification, or equivalent.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
