**Job Title:** Counterintelligence Cyber Threat Technical Lead
**Role Summary:** Lead technical counterintelligence and cyber threat analysis, producing regular intelligence reports, advising operational units, and coordinating with partner agencies to support U.S. Government security objectives.
**Expectations:** Deliver timely, actionable threat intelligence through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports; maintain DoD IA II certification and TS/SCI clearance; collaborate cross‑functionally with CI, CSOC, and DoD partners; ensure analytic integrity and compliance with security protocols.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Produce 36 weekly status reports, 8 monthly threat reports, 3 quarterly threat reports, and at least 9 Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs) annually.
- Integrate data from Technical CI, network security, all‑source intel (including imagery) into actionable intelligence.
- Contribute comprehensive input to the annual CI Cyber Branch Threat Assessment.
- Conduct automated investigative inquiries using tools such as M3, Palantir, TAC, ARCSIGHT, RSA, CCD, QLIX, TIDE, or Criss Cross.
- Provide technical CI expertise and liaison support for CI Office, Insider Threat, CSOC, and IC/DoD partners.
- Identify intelligence gaps, deliver analytic judgments, and ensure timely communication of findings.
- Maintain compliance with DoD 8570.01‑M IA requirements and IA II certification.
**Required Skills:**
- Minimum 7 years of threat analysis experience, with 5 + years in technical threat analysis or cyber investigations.
- Proficiency with automated investigative platforms (M3, Palantir, TAC, ARCSIGHT, RSA Security Analytics, CCD, QLIX, TIDE, Criss Cross).
- Strong analytical, report‑writing, and communication abilities.
- In‑depth knowledge of foreign adversaries’ security services, terrorist organizations, and U.S. Government threats.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and deliver presentations.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or higher (post‑graduate preferred).
- Credentialed graduate of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy (desired).
- DoD 8570.01‑M IA certification, with IA II certification obtained and maintained within one year.
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility.
