**Job title:** Sales Manager – Benelux
**Role Summary:** Own and grow a team of Corporate and Enterprise Account Executives across the Benelux region, steering revenue attainment, forecasting, and pipeline management while cultivating a high‑performance, collaborative sales culture.
**Expectations:**
- 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience with proven track record of closing complex B2B deals.
- 3+ years of sales team leadership in the Benelux region, demonstrating hiring, coaching, and performance improvement.
- Fluent Dutch and business‑level English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Mastery of advanced sales processes (MEDDIC, MEDPICC, or Value Selling).
- Ability to deliver on revenue targets, manage pipelines, and provide accurate forecasting.
- Experience leading remotely, managing cross‑functional collaboration, and conducting C‑level presentations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead, coach, and develop the Corporate and Enterprise AE team, setting clear performance goals and measuring results.
- Own regional revenue forecasting, pipeline construction, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with product, partner, and regional teams to translate Camunda’s value proposition into the Benelux market.
- Drive adoption of automation and AI solutions, anticipating market needs and opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, identify growth vectors, and adjust sales strategy proactively.
- Foster a high‑performance sales culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and sustainable growth.
- Participate in regional hiring, onboarding, and talent development initiatives.
**Required Skills:**
- Enterprise B2B selling and complex deal negotiation.
- Proven team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
- Advanced sales process methodology (MEDDIC/MEDPICC, Value Selling).
