Integrate long‑term brand building with short‑term activation to increase awareness, leads, and conversions for entrepreneurial brands. **Expectations:** * Deliver net new business growth targets. * Position agencies as the preferred partner for growth‑oriented, lean companies. * Build and sustain measurable marketing performance across paid, owned, and earned channels. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Growth Leadership & Accountability** – Own revenue outcomes; track and report on Pipедrive and La Growth Machine data; collaborate with sales and client teams to convert leads and manage pitch processes. - **Brand Fame & Distinctiveness** – Develop and execute a brand strategy; embed signature assets (Sparky, Specialist View, CMO In The Know) to create lasting memory; boost brand visibility across the UK marketing community through bold storytelling. - **Content, Community & Thought Leadership** – Produce high‑impact video, email, events, and social content; champion Specialist View platform; grow CMO In The Know community; secure speaking opportunities for thought leaders. - **Marketing Tech & Performance** – Oversee tech stack integration; use data, insights, and experimentation to optimize campaign execution, content effectiveness, and lead quality. - **Leadership & Collaboration** – Inspire a high‑performing marketing team; foster cross‑functional collaboration; align marketing objectives with commercial goals. **Required Skills:** - Strategic brand development and positioning. - End‑to‑end B2B marketing operations (paid, owned, earned media). - Data analysis, performance measurement, and conversion optimization. - Content creation and community building (video‑centric). - Project management and pitch process orchestration. - Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. - Advanced degree (MBA or Marketing) preferred. - Professional certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or project management (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, PMP) welcome.
