Job Description
Job title: IT Recruiter Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for IT roles (primarily Java and BI) across public and private sectors. Partner with Business Unit, Sales, and Delivery managers to define requirements, source candidates, conduct screenings and interviews, and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent. Contribute to employer branding through events and digital outreach. Expactations: - Minimum 3 years of professional recruitment experience. - University degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, Computer Science, or related field. - Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch and French is advantageous. - Proven ability to prepare, edit, and review high‑quality English documentation. - Strong understanding of current recruitment trends and innovative sourcing techniques. Key Responsibilities: - Liaise with BU, Sales, and Delivery leaders to capture role requirements and craft detailed job profiles. - Execute comprehensive sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, social media, networking). - Conduct pre‑screening, shortlisting, and structured interviews; coordinate interview logistics and feedback. - Maintain active communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. - Develop and sustain a talent pipeline for immediate and future needs. - Participate in employer‑branding initiatives (schools, job fairs, HR events). - Produce and update recruitment documentation, status reports, and candidate assessments in English. - Monitor industry trends and evaluate recruitment tools to enhance competitiveness. Required Skills: - End‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle knowledge. - Advanced sourcing techniques and job‑posting platforms. - Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities. - Multi‑language communication (English mandatory, Dutch/French optional). - Excellent written and verbal English communication. - Organizational and multi‑tasking proficiency. - Data‑driven hiring analysis and reporting. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. - Minimum 3 years recruitment experience (IT preferred). - HR or recruiting certifications (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR, CIPD) are a plus but not mandatory.
